Submission Terms
Official Submission Channel
Narrative material must be submitted through the query portal. Materials sent through the general contact form may not be reviewed.
No Guarantee Or Obligation
Submission does not guarantee review, response, feedback, development, sale, option, employment, or representation. Golden Bear Management has no obligation to review or respond to any submission.
Response Timing
If there is interest in a submission, Golden Bear Management may respond within 8-12 weeks.
No Relationship Created
Submitting material does not create a management, confidential, fiduciary, professional, manager-client, or agent-client relationship.
Rights Confirmation
Submitters must confirm they control the rights needed to submit the material and that the material is original or properly authorized.
Similar Material
Submitters acknowledge that Golden Bear Management may already be developing, receiving, or considering material with similar ideas, themes, settings, characters, or concepts.
Resubmissions
Previously submitted material may be resubmitted only if it has been materially revised and includes a summary of the revisions.
Minors
Submitters under 18 must provide guardian contact information and guardian acknowledgment before submitting material.
